ABOUT THE PRODUCT

1. Is Silkberry silk real mulberry silk? Yes — all Silkberry products are made from 100% pure 6A grade mulberry silk, the highest quality grade available. We never use synthetic or blended fabrics. Our silk is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it's been tested and confirmed free from harmful substances.

2. What does 22 momme mean? Momme (mm) is the unit used to measure silk weight and density. The higher the momme, the thicker, more durable and more luxurious the silk. Standard silk pillowcases are typically 16-19 momme. Silkberry uses 22 momme — heavier, smoother and longer lasting than most silk products on the market.

3. What is 6A grade silk? Silk is graded from A to 6A, with 6A being the highest quality. It refers to the uniformity, lustre and length of the silk fibres. Silkberry uses only 6A grade mulberry silk — the same grade used by top luxury brands globally.

4. How do I choose the right duvet filling weight? Silkberry duvets come in two weights. The Summer Duvet (300g/350g) is lightweight and ideal for warmer months or AC-heavy rooms. The All-Season Duvet (500g/600g) provides natural temperature regulation for year-round comfort. If you sleep in a heavily air-conditioned room, the All-Season duvet is recommended.

5. Is silk suitable for sensitive skin? Yes — mulberry silk is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, mould and common allergens. It's gentle on sensitive skin and recommended by dermatologists, especially after facial treatments or for those with eczema or skin conditions.

6. Are Silkberry products certified? Yes. All Silkberry silk products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and ISO 9001 quality assured, confirming they are safe, eco-friendly and non-toxic.

7. How fast is delivery? We offer same-day delivery in Dubai and next-day delivery in Abu Dhabi. For other emirates, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. All orders are fulfilled through our UAE-based fulfillment partner.

8. Do you deliver across the UAE? Yes — we deliver across all UAE emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

9. How is my order packaged? Every Silkberry order is packaged in our signature gift-ready packaging — perfect for gifting or treating yourself. Orders above AED 450 receive a complimentary Silkberry canvas tote bag.


ABOUT SIZING

10. What size pillowcase do I need? Silkberry pillowcases come in three sizes. Standard (51×66cm) fits most UAE pillows. Queen (51×76cm) fits larger standard pillows. King (51×91cm) fits king size pillows. If unsure, measure your pillow before ordering.


ABOUT CARE

11. How do I care for my silk pillowcase or sleep mask? Because we use premium 22 momme silk, our pillowcases and sleep masks can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild silk detergent. Air dry in shade — never tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight. Iron on lowest heat setting if needed.

12. How do I care for my silk duvet? Silk duvets should not be machine washed. Air the duvet regularly in indirect sunlight to maintain freshness. Spot clean with a damp cloth for small stains. Use a duvet cover at all times for protection.
