We want you to love your Silkberry pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and free exchanges on all orders across Dubai and the UAE.

1. What is Silkberry’s return policy?

Answer: you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable


2. How do I initiate a return?

Answer: Contact us at support@thesilkberry.com or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.


3. Will I receive a refund for my return?

Answer: efunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item. Processing takes 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A partial refund may apply if the item is not in its original condition.


4. Can I exchange my product?

Answer: Yes. Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, as well as for wrong size or colour selections — within 14 days of delivery and subject to stock availability. Contact us at support@thesilkberry.com to arrange.


5. Who covers the return shipping cost?

Answer: For returns due to defects or errors on our part, Silkberry covers the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
